This intimate evening experience is designed to offer a gentle pause from the pressure to perform, produce, manage, accommodate, and keep pushing through.

Blending nervous system education, guided reflection, sensory restoration, calming atmosphere, and meaningful connection, A Soft Place to Land creates space for women to exhale, soften, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and thoughtfully curated environment.

This is not therapy, and it is not a traditional workshop. It is a restorative gathering for women seeking relief from overwhelm, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and the constant demand to “keep it together.”
