“Most people don’t need more insight.
They need a way to regulate their nervous system, process what’s been held, and have the support and accountability to follow through.”

‍ ‍~Marcie Macari

I Didn’t Learn Any of this as Theory. I Lived It.

My name is Marcie.

I’ve lived through childhood abuse, parental abduction and alienation, familial addiction, poverty, and religious extremism. I’ve navigated toxic relationships, abandonment, and a sudden health collapse that left me bed-ridden for nearly a decade.

I’ve rebuilt my life more than once—from living out of a backpack as a missionary across Southern Africa, the U.S., and Canada, to creating a life rooted in truth, embodiment, and choice.

What I discovered is this:

Survival patterns don’t disappear.
They evolve—and if you don’t face them directly,

they quietly shape everything.

The ARC Protocol™

Attune. Release. Commit.

I created the ARC Protocol™ to close that gap.

A three-phase system designed to:

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Process and release what’s been held

  • Build the discipline to follow through

This is not surface-level change.
This is structured, embodied transformation.

Three Entry Points. One System.

ATTUNENeuroTingle
Regulate your nervous system and create safety in the body
Through touch, sound, scent, and rhythm

RELEASE/RECLAIMThe Nest
A safe place to process and discharge what’s been held
Reclaim what was lost through guided somatic movement and

COMMITCoaching With Claws
Build structure, discipline, and follow-through
Close the gap between who you are and how you show up

You can enter at any point—or move through all three.

Why Most Approaches Don’t Work

Most approaches focus on mindset—but ignore the body.
Or they create emotional release—but offer no structure to sustain change.

So people stay stuck in a cycle:
Insight → temporary change → collapse → repeat.

Not because they lack discipline.

Because they lack a system that works with how the body and nervous system actually function.

What This Shifts

You come back into your body.
You break the patterns that keep you stuck.
You become someone who follows through.

Not temporarily.
Consistently.

Who am I, Outside the Work?

I am a proud Indigenous, cis lesbian woman located just outside of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. When I’m not teaching, coaching or session-ing, you can find me at my laptop writing, at the beach sea-glass hunting, or cuddling with my partner and our Cornish Rex named Cosmo.
